Cannes Film Festival 2024
I'm giving my all this year with a trip to Cannes Film Festival 2024. Red carpets, ball gowns and networking my butt off.
As an actress, half the work is getting seen, and as an actress with a smaller CV than others, that's more like 99% of the work. I'm going to Cannes with some Director and Industry pro's to not only give myself a shot at the right circles but to promote my new short film, and my directoral debut, Sweetie.

Walking the red carpet and making the most of seeing the best Cannes has to offer
Joining events such as the BFI diversity celebration, the premiere of Straight8’s 25th anniversary special, talking new film with soho films and Outside of the glam of the festival, it was a pleasure to be able to join a panel discussion with @cate_blanchettofficial and @cynthiaerivo on the often overlooked 'human stories' of refugees. Hollywood certainly has got stuck in a rut in my opinion, losing the authenticity of a unique, unheard voice.
